Mountain Fitness offers a full line of strength training equipment and a large free weight area. Members enjoy the speed and heavy bags in our boxing room. and we use our expansive outside area for sprint training, medicine ball work, and agility training.

  In the summer of 2008, Mountain Fitness renovated its locker rooms with touches that would make the finest home proud. In the Spring of 2009, the club was repainted in a new, softer hue. We constantly try to upgrade the facility to keep a clean, modern look and feel!

We pride ourselves in keeping a good mix of cardiovascular equipment on hand to meet everyone's needs.

There are no time limits, waiting lines, or sign-up sheets on any of the machines at Mountain Fitness!

There is never an initiation fee or "membership sale" at Mountain Fitness. Club fees are sensibly priced, and offered as either Paid-In-Full for specific time periods, or on a No-Commit or Yearly basis by credit card deduction. All members receive a Personalized Fitness Orientation, and there is never any "high-pressure" sales. Member referrals account for over 90% of our membership base!

In-Home Massage or Private Training is available, and our 12-week Fitness Classes can be purchased at member or non-member rates.
