Fitness served as a sponsor of the Bob Beckert Memorial
Run/Walk, held in June at the Watchung Hills H.S.
The
race is in memory of longtime Watchung resident (and
former W.H.R.H.S. cross-country standout) Bob Beckert, and
benefits a college scholarship fund at the school in his
name; over $11,000 was raised for the scholarship fund !
