Adult Running Class (all levels welcome)
Are you an experienced runner looking for the camaraderie and energy of a group? High school
runner looking to stay fit? Or newcomer just interested in getting started with running?
All of those scenarios are good reasons to join the Mountain Fitness Adult Running class, which will
be held Wednesday evenings at 5 p.m.
Instructor: Ed Halper
10-week Summer Session runs Wednesdays, 6/19/13 thru 8/28/13 (no class on July 10th.)
The class features dynamic stretching,
plyometrics, speed work, and pace or “tempo” work.
We will also enter a few local road races. Sign up at the front desk, or see Ed Halper if you are interested!
