Adult Running Class (all levels welcome)
Are you an experienced runner looking for the camaraderie and energy of a group? High school
runner looking to stay fit? Or newcomer just interested in getting started with running?
All of those scenarios are good reasons to join the Mountain Fitness Adult Running class, which will
be held Saturday mornings at 8:00 am.
The Winter Session program
will begin on January 7th 2012 !.
The class features dynamic stretching,
plyometrics, speed work, and pace or “tempo” work.
We will also enter a few local road races. See Ed Halper if you are interested!
