Liz
is certified in Personal Training and Senior Fitness through the
World Instructor Training Institute, and in Dec. 2006 will
complete a 300- Hour Yoga Certification through the American Yoga
Academy. She is also a "Healthy Bones" Volunteer
instructor for the Somerset-Hills VNA.
She enjoys hiking & whitewater rafting and is a member of the
Warren Trails Committee. Liz hopes to pass along the enjoyment of
exercise and fitness as well as the benefits.
