Mountain Fitness is now addressing dietary needs in scientific fashion with the
BioEx Nutrition Maker Plus System. This computerized system can quickly capture your diet history and receive nutritional analysis; allows you to choose from a variety of pre-made meal plans designed by a Registered Dietician, and essentially, give you a game plan to lose (or gain weight) in a sensible, timely fashion.
