Malcolm Rowley, C.P.T.

Proprietor, Mountain Fitness.

Personal Training and Group Exercise.

Malcolm holds multiple certifications in Personal Training and Group Exercise from SCW. He is also a Level II Instructor (Personal & Policy Security) for the Krav Maga Federation of America.

Malcolm participated in rugby at the University of California, Santa Cruz, where he graduated in 1989. He also participated in high school track & field, and competitive mountain biking.

Malcolm's children, Thelonius and Portia, are nationally-ranked in Taekwondo. His training philosophy is "Always Move Forward!"

Craig Keyasko

Certified Personal Trainer

Craig has been a trainer at Mountain Fitness since 1993, and is a Certified Personal Trainer through the International Fitness Professionals Association.

  

Craig has a sports background in soccer and wrestling, and has numerous bodybuilding credits, including First Place in the New Jersey and Metropolitan Area Natural Open in 1989, and Third Place in the 1990 and 1991 USA Natural Open. He is now expanding his competitive background to Power-lifting Competitions as well.

  

"I enjoy working with all ages and levels," Craig said. "People can achieve more than they think, when they put their mind and energies to it."

Dennis Soldati

Certified Personal Trainer

Dennis holds three nationally recognized certifications as a fitness trainer and has more than 50 years experience in weightlifting and other sports as a competitor and coach.

 

He is certified by the International Sports Sciences Association, ISSA, as a Certified Fitness Trainer, and by the American Institute of Fitness Educators, AIFE, as a Certified Personal Trainer and Older Adults Fitness Trainer. 

 

His background in competitive sports includes Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, gymnastics, and track and field. He has more than 30 years of training relationships as a friend and advisor to national weightlifting and powerlifting champions. He competed on gymnastic teams in city, state and regional meets, and was a member of the New Jersey State Department of Recreation gymnastics team. He also competed in track and field, and assisted as a high school field coach.
